Lifting keel centre plate with ballast keel allows shallower water to be explored with peace of mind. Transom hung rudder with tiller steering. Mechanicals Vessel powered by a 6hp Honda BF6 LUH 4-stroke outboard located in a well, purchased new in 2021. Remote fuel tank and engine controls.12v electrical system with a pair of 12V batteries recharged via the engine providing service power. Rigging and Sails Fractional rigged Bermudan sloop with deck stepped alloy spars. Stainless steel standing rigging and Terylene running rigging led aft to birdpit. Roller furling headsail and slab reefing Mainsail stored on boom mounted lazy jack bag. Accommodation Accommodation for 4 in an open plan layout with good headroom for a 23 footer. The upholstery has recently been recovered and is in super condition. Headlinings forward of the companionway have also been changed. The head linings in the aft berth need attention. Two berths in forward part of the saloon and double berth aft beneath the birdpit sole. The galley area is on port side beside companionway with a gimballed twin burner gas hob and grill and stainless sink with manual fresh water and storage cupboards.
