The Dry Creek Cruiser is a 1998 Stardust Houseboat 73 X 16 docked in a prime slip at Bull Frog Marina, making it easy to head South to the San Juan or North to Good Hope Bay. Week 34, the 4th week of August each year, is notoriously fabulous for perfect weather, few storms and all the glass you can stand!! The start date for the share is always on Saturday, with turnover at noon. The Annual fee is $1750/wk due in April each year. PWC winch davit, 3 ton heat pump/AC, 15kw generator Large living room with entertainment center and recently purchased couch and blinds Fully equipped, spacious kitchen with lots of storage in cabinets and pantries, newly upholstered kitchen chairs and bar stools 2 freezers, Large refrigerator, 2 barbeques, 2 microwaves, Ice maker 1 Master with ceiling fan, 3 separate sleeping berths with queen beds, 2 full baths Convenient access to the top deck from both the front and rear of the boat Upper deck is half shade / half sun so everyone can enjoy their time up on top Flybridge, Top deck with bbq and sink Sleep mats for 10 - 12 people (depending on double padding or not!) Waterslide for the kids and adults who enjoy acting like kids Two additional features are what makes this boat so special. One is the steel roof which lowers the temperature about 10 degrees on the upper deck. The other is the solar panels on top of the steel roof and inverter which powers the lights, switches, freezers, etc. This makes it so the gererator has to be run very little of the time. Maybe, a half hour on a cloudy morning for coffee or an hour in the evening to heat up the water to do the dishes. Saves on gallons and gallons of gas for the week. Currently, there are 13 owners of 21 weeks. Some own multiple weeks, they love it so much! This very well maintained boat is owner managed and run. There is no Time Share management company charging high fees and making all the decisions. This boat is well loved and the owners take pride in it and wonderful care of it. You'll be part of a well funded joint ownership group that has been houseboating on Lake Powell for over 35 years. Lake Powell is one of the most beautiful destinations a person can visit. People from around the world flock to the lake, to spend some time there. If you compare the price of a Lake Powell houseboat rental for seven days during the third week of August with the price of buying this share, you will quickly see the benefits of shared ownership.
