Keel prepped and 5 coats Rustlok applied. All finished with 2 coats Micron Extra w/Biolux. Boat currently in Fort Lauderdale, headed toward Baltimore/Newport. Salon incorporates preferred layout of settee to starboard and table converts to dbl. berth.Original factory gear includes Air Con with two units at 12K ea, Lewmar primaries upgraded to 54's, 3000 Watt Inverter, macerators both heads and Yanmar DSL. upgrade to 56HP.
May 2010: New: Delta 35, 100'chain w/rode, Navionics C80 chip covering USA offshore coasts, rivers and ICW. New February 2012: DEKA golf cart house batteries for 460 AH. Electric windlass w/remote, screens, GRP27 start,spare halyard, C80 plotter@helm, 435 plotter@NAV station in addition to VHF and Sony CD. Remote for nightime boarding controls white light at stern and amber below in salon. Boat carries 116 gal. water, 35 fuel,draws 5'1",beam of 13'and 54' MAX ht from waterline. Have not listed obvious items discernible in fotos such as radar, mainsail furling, wind/depth/speed/sirius weather rcvr, cockpit cushions, 8' Baltik inflatable etc.
Boat will remain US East coast for remainder of 2012 season. Am 100T licensed skipper and able to deliver any US East coast location within reasonable period after purchase as I'm returning to CA.
