1982 O'day sailboat in excellent condition and always fresh water sailed. Ample headroom, yet fin keel draws only 4'11". Beamy (10' 9") provides ample cabin area, yet fast (168 PHRF rating). Nice racer/cruiser with a mast stepped keel for added stability. Convenient cockpit table for entertaining.

Powered by: 150% roller furling genoa, mainsail with two sets of reef points, 16 HP Universal diesel engine (w/Combi autopilot and wheel steering). Runs great.

Major Upgrades: bottom paint removed to gel coat and replaced with VC-17 (2008), new rudder (2008), new cushion covers (2005), teak refinished (2011). Replaced (built-in) battery charger (2009), bilge pump (2005).

Cabin sleeps six and has the following amenities; pressure water (25 gal tank), galley SS sink, ice box w/refrigeration, microwave, and 2 burner alcohol stove with oven and butcher block (cutting board) top.

Enclosed head has pressure water (sink and shower). There are two operable hatches, two windows, and four portholes, all fitted with screens. Compass, SR Mariner instruments, VHF, GPS, and stereo radio/CD player. Main salon table seats 5-6, and converts to a double berth for sleeping.

All miscellaneous equipment is included such as; shore-power cord, fenders, lines, anchor, life jackets, flare gun and flares, fire extinguishers (3), bosun's chair, halyards, cockpit/cabin cushions, 5 winches and 2 winch handles. All lines (halyards and sheets) are led to the cockpit for single handed sailing. Dodger and bimini are in excellent condition. Extra Gear Included: Gas barbecue grill, plastic dishes/cups, swim ladder, etc.

A large storage lazarette is on the port side of the cockpit area and provides easy access to the engine compartment. In addition, there are ample hanging lockers and storage compartments throughout the main salon and V berth.
