1977 C-22 catalina 22' sailboat in 100 % useable condition. Great galvanized trailer with fantastic tires, spare, brand-new springs, bearings, seals, guide poles and the good tail lights. NC titles in my name for both. Swing keel was remodelled 2 years back and has a replaceable bronze bushing in the pivot hole(These holes are vulnerable to put on oval after years of use).3 sails=jib, genoa and major, all in 100 % useable condition. Solar battery charger, vhf radio and a nearly new GPS/depth finder(Only made use of twice). Has a one man mast raising system with an electric winch to do the lifting. Pop top. I have a lever system to hook/unhook the shrouds and forestay so you do not need to readjust them everytime-saves alot of time at the boat ramp. Interior cushions look wonderful. Solid hull with no soft spots. This was my boat, not a resale and I have used it lots of times-it prepares to go sailing. It has an outboard motor mount but no motor. This is the most popular sailboat ever developed and you can still buy any part you could need from catalina direct. If you are into cosmetics, a coat of bottom paint would make it look much better.$2,400 or $2,300 with out GPS/depth finder.
