Remarks : This 1989 Linssen 402SX is a semi-displacement steel motor yacht. It offers five berths in two cabins with a separate dinning and galley area. It has teak side decks, internal and external helm positions, bow thruster, and is powered by twin Cummins 252hp diesels. Below decks it is light and airy. It would make an ideal liveaboard motor yacht. The vessel has just had work completed on the hull and is being offered for sale with a recent insurance survey that has been completed for the owners. A berth in Gillingham Marina is also available. Accommodation : Accommodation: The Linssen 402 SX has a walk around double berth aft cabin with an en-suite heads, which has a separate toilet and shower cubicle. The shower cubicle has a power shower. The toilet has a marine heads with wash basin with hot and cold pressurized water. Going up a couple of steps takes you to the saloon which has a grey leather " C" shaped settee around a large drop leaf dinning table that can be used as an occasional berth. The saloon has lots of storage lockers. It also has large portholes which makes the space very light and airy. Webasto Heating with smart phone app to control from anywhere is fitted throughout. Opposite the saloon is the second helmsman position which has an array of navigation equipment. Down a second open companionway into the integral galley with double sink with mixer tap and water heater to port, to starboard is the cooker, the microwave, plenty of stowage cupboards and drawers. 2 full size fridges, a 3 burner gas hob, oven and grill, Forward on the port is access to the forward ensuite facility with shower, sea toilet and wash basin. The forward cabin has twin long berths extending under the fore deck. Large hanging locker and dressing table unit on the starboard side of the cabin. Carpets and curtaining throughout.
