The Moody 376 is ideal for family cruising, or day-sailing. Performance is ensured by a good sail-to-displacement ratio, long waterline and double-spreader rig. Powered by a Beta Marine 50 diesel, engine, which was new in 2011. The layout is of a centre birdpit giving a generous rear, master, cabin with reasonable headroom and en-suite heads. Design accommodation is for up to seven persons in three cabins. Accommodations Accommodation is for seven persons in three cabins, including the saloon. The forward cabin has one double-berth in the usual ‘V’ configuration. Two single settee berths in the Saloon, one to port and one to starboard. One single sea berth in the starboard companionway. The owner’s after stateroom has a large double berth to port, ample seating, and is complete with en- suite facilities Hatches fitted with sky screen & blackout blind screens. The vessel has two heads: one forward and one aft. The forward head has ‘Jack & Jill’ doors and can be made en-suite with the forward cabin. Both are equipped with sea toilet and hand basin. The forward head has a shower. Pressurised hot & cold fresh water. Hot water radiators in both heads. Hot water calorifier heated from engine, Eberspacher, or from immersion heater when connected to shore power. Warm air central heating The galley is located to port at the after end of the saloon and is local to the dining area for ease of catering and entertaining. Fitted with 3-riing GN Espace gas cooker, grill & oven. Fridge, two stainless sinks, pressurised hot & cold water. All working surfaces are easy to clean.
