This boat was donated to a non-profit youth sailing school ( lwsa.org ) by the former owner and is being sold below market price for the benefit of this sailing program. The boat is in extremely clean condition, is fully equipped and ready to go.The donors of this boat are an experienced sailing family who took excellent care of it and have just upgraded to a larger boat to accommodate their growing family. You will see in the pictures that it is well-equipped and in excellent shape.Pearson Yachts has a reputation for building solid, quality boats with good sailing characteristics.This model was built between 1975 and 1981, so this particular boat, #343, is one of the latest of that design. It is a comfortable family cruiser with ample headroom in the cabin. If the buyer contracts for storage with the boatyard where it currently sits they must remain current on their storage charges. That means if the buyer falls into arrears by more than 30 days, the boat will be deemed abandoned, the Bill of Sale will become void, and the entire proceeds paid to the Lake Winnipesaukee Sailing Association will be forfeited.We are sorry, but these strong terms are necessary because of the small number of eBay bidders who think it is okay to purchase an item and then abandon it! If you are not one of them, we will get along just fine!
