Description:
1996 Custom-built Adventurer pontoon houseboat. This boat is towable behind your truck without special permits and comes with a custom-built 2017 Wolverine tri-axle trailer with electric brakes. Another plus is you can store the boat in your driveway in the off season so you can avoid high storage fees. The dimensions on the boat are 8.5 x 28 and it has a full upper deck to relax and see your surroundings. The boat is fully self-contained as far as power generation and supply goes. It comes with a 2000W Honda generator and includes a 5000w inverter and 2 battery banks. There is also propane gas for cooking and a portable carbon monoxide detector for safety. There is a fully functional satellite tv system with a tv that folds up to the ceiling for storage when not in use. The galley includes a four-seater dinette, gas cooktop, and a refrigerator along with lots of storage cabinets and drawers. There is a new recliner and king-sized sleeper sofa installed last year and 2 bunks available in the rear of the boat so it can sleep 4 comfortably. There is a bathroom with a standup shower and toilet and sink vanity and hot water heater. There is lots of under seat and bed storage throughout the boat. There are multiple 12v and USB charging ports available Newly installed last year were a fish finder GPS depth finder, forward and aft electric anchors, and a slide out 8-foot boarding ramp, gas furnace and air-conditioning. There is a 50-gallon black water tank and a 40-gallon freshwater tank. There is a back-up camera installed on the rear of the boat to facilitate reversing the boat without accident. It has a Honda 75 four stroke outboard engine that powers you right along the water. Pictures available upon request. I have tried numerous times to upload pictures but it is failing to upload them.
