GENERALThis is a wonderful, easy sailing yacht that is great for weekend camp-outs, day sailing on the lake or even a blue water venture. The Road King trailer is a 2008, has brand new 10 ply tires (less than 50 miles) and I have never needed to use a tongue extension. It comes equipped with a 2009 Tohatsu (Nissan) 6 h.p. four stroke motor with the sail pro extended foot package and a magneto for optional battery charging. Cabin light, bow light, stern lights, mast light, depth finder, and trailer lights are all working. The boom is rigged with a traveler which really adds to the sailing experience. FEATURESFixed keel, shoal draft, 800 lbs ballast, LOA 20 -1â, LWL 16 -4â, beam 7-â0â, draft 2 -0â, disp. 2000lbs., ballast 800 lbs., mast height above waterline 25 ft., new teak cabin hatch boards with Com-Pac logo, four berths and cushions, Com-Pac cabin storage bags, portable head, cockpit manual bilge pump, roller furling Genoa jib sail and new jib sock, cockpit seat pads. EXTRASThis sailing craft is equipped with everything you need to splash the boat and sail. Provided are two new Eyson 275 N lightweight comfortable CO 2 self inflating life jackets for the primary sailors, plenty of coast guard approved jackets for guests, throw cushions, spare dock lines, dock bumpers, 2 anchors and rode, auto helm (uninstalled), radio, solar panel for battery, home made Bimini for shade, home made gin pole.
