METEOR, which Jones designed for himself, goes one step beyond, employing modern wood construction techniques to come up with his unique take on a " Spirit of Tradition" racer/ cruiser. She's a Spirit of Tradition division winner at classic regattas and serves as a successful and very fleet of foot family cruiser. An 15 year insurance survey report from April 2021 is available. History Since being built at Grimsby, Lincolnshire by wood-epoxy specialists Farrow and Chambers, METEOR has been used for family cruising and weekend sailing on the south coast of England, including cross channel and the West Country.
