This is a practical boat that will suit a couple or enthusiastic anglers. An early viewing is recommended. Accommodation : The Rodman 700 has a large open birdpit area ideal for angling enthusiasts with two swivel chairs and a removable birdpit canopy with roll up sides, Twin sliding glass doors both locking back to open up the entire birdpit area. The Helmsman seat and wheel are to port in the solid covered wheelhouse. There is an area in front of and above the helmsman seat for navigation instrumentation. There is a lift up and lockable seat on starboard side of wheelhouse as well as some storage lockers and access to the engine. A set of louvered doors and lift up companionway hatch take you down to the saloon which has a galley to port, a heads compartment with marine toilet and wash hand basin to starboard with pressurised cold water.
