I'd like to find a fellow sailor who has a small, trailer-able sailboat who would be interested in participating in the "Texas 200", next June. The T200 is a five-day, 40 miles a day, camping-on-the-beach at-night experience along the Texas intracoastal waterway. You can find a lot of information about it on the internet, including photos, videos, and written description of participants' experiences. Taken all together, you would be away from home for 10 days, with all the driving necessary to get to and from south Texas. I'm a capable sailor and, of course, I would share in the planning, expenses and the driving. If you have a suitable boat and would be interested in spending a few days "at sea" in glorious sailing conditions, REALLY fresh breezes, brilliant sunshine and hot weather, with a willing and fairly able crew, give me a call.
