1971 Gibson 36 foot fiberglass houseboat. Solid boat. Appraised for $18,000 a few years ago. 318 motor and external generator both run good. Bedroom in the back, stove, frig, micro, toilet, coffee maker, shower, bath and kitchen sinks. Folding chairs and table for front, as well as 3 new cots for when you need more sleeping room. Up top is a bimini top, with several deck chairs and a small picnic table. Look on the Internet for details about these boats. We love it and the location is great! However, with 3 teens it's a bit too small - especially with friends wanting to come over. I only have one picture, but will be back there this weekend and will get more. It's priced to sell quick to increase our chances of getting a winter deal on a larger one. I'm not dying to sell, so please serious inquiries only. Slip comes with a large deck box with electric, ceiling fan, glass table and padded chairs. Covered slip with deck is paid through April 2013. Short walk from parking.
