This was a father/sons project. Due to the fact that we have a few lakes nearby, we purchased the boat a couple of years ago for my 2 children that desired to go fishing. They were 5 mph "no wake" lakes. This is a best watercraft if you have more youthful kids that wish to fish. I put a 4.5 Mercury on it. It has a 5-gallon fuel tank and it runs wonderful. The engine probably does not have 10 hours on it. You've heard the story like I have ... needed to have it and now it just sits. Now one is going to college and the other in his last year of secondary school. Very hectic schedules and no time to fish. We also put an electrical trolling motor on it and a brand name new battery goes with it. It likewise has an Eagle fish finder, oars, throw cushions and an anchor.
