Is regulated by steering wheel and is push to begin. Has 2 batteries (one brand-new) and an on board charging system. has front deck with fishing seat. Holds 4 individuals but 3 grown men comfortably. Pictures to come or call me and I will text or email them to you. Trailer included. Very stable in the water fantastic for bass fishing.
