Condition This 3-owner Offshore 40 Cheoy Lee is in good condition and has been well cared for. To protect the teak, she comes with full canvas covers for the entire coach roof house, cockpit and toe rails. The teak decks were refurbished in 2019. The bottom was last painted in November 2021. The complete rebuild of the Perkins 104-7 engine was completed by S&W Diesel of Wilmington, CA in September 2023. The Borg Warner transmission has also been bench-tested with all external seals replaced by Tom Harpur of Chris Craft. All 2 1/2" wire-reinforced exhaust hoses have been replaced and the engine bay has been cleaned and refreshed. A full anti-siphon system has been added to the engine as well.
