The design has sleeping accommodations for five people, with a double V-berth in the bow cabin and two straight settee quarter berths in the main cabin along with a drop-leaf table and one quarter berth aft on the starboard side. The galley is located on the port side just forward of the companionway ladder. The galley is L-shaped and is equipped with an icebox and a sink. The head is located just aft of the bow cabin on the starboard side. This is an AS-IS WHERE-IS sale and the seller is open to all offers. This should be considered a complete and total refurbish opportunity. The mooring is not available after the purchase. The seller is keeping the mooring to put a larger boat on it.
