Hello! We are liquidating assets from an estate. This listing is for a 1977 SLICKCRAFT S2 9.2 SAILBOAT YACHT 30’ W/ YANMAR DIESEL FRESH WATER ONLY. *Hello, we are reposting this yacht with a better updated description and pictures. The description and picture we had came from the Estate so we didn't feel good about listing it until we inspected it ourselves. That being said it's a very solid sailboat. The hull looks very good and I couldn't see a chip in it. The interior is in good condition although the theme may be a little dated. The engine looks very well taken care of. We could see no signs of any leaks or anything inside. The top deck looks worn and need some attention but did not feel soft and was solid. The owner was old ( in his 70's) and he was caulking spots but not repairing them. The worst part was right in front of the main mast. It is all solid ...not spongy but you can see that the crack needs repair. If we kept the boat we were going to have it wrapped for the winter and then repair any cracks and recoat it. If the deck was recoated this would be a great boat!! It has lots of life left in it and alot of value for what we are starting it at. No reserve. These are becoming rare boats. Just the engine and electronics are worth twice our starting price*This boat had the same owner for 25 years. It’s had a recent $8,000.00 upgraded electronic system. Original main sail and jib, including roller furling 150% head sail in very good condition. Original engine is a 12 horsepower Yanmar diesel. Wheel steering. Comes with 2 anchors, cockpit cushions, and winter storage cradle. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Convenient galley contains sink, stove, and cooler box. Bathroom head with shower, sink, and toilet holding tank. He sailed and enjoyed it on a regular basis for 25 years. It doesn’t come with a trailer. It is currently in Muskegon, Michigan on its Winter cradle. If you know the history of SlickCraft you know these are high quality boats.
