Great opportunity to own a competitive but comfortable Racer/Cruiser for not a lot of outlay. If four of you went in together it would cost you £1500 each to have your own vessel to thrash round the cans of a weekend or take part in a few regattas for a bit of fun. Built by Camper & Nicholson to a Ron Holland design, she is still a bit of a head turner. Comprehensive sail wardrobe including main, jibs, storm sails and spinnakers. Elderly but clean and reliable Yanmar diesel, colour plotter, DSC VHF, and a fairly comfortable cabin arrangement. Boat ashore with recent antifoul and polish. Mechanical Vessel powered by an inboard Yanmar YSE12G with a reduction gearbox driving a stainless steel shaft and 3-bladed bronze propeller. Engine housed beneath the companionway steps allowing good access for servicing. Engine start panel mounted in birdpit. Twin lever engine controls mounted adjacent to tiller in the aft birdpit. Bank of 2x12V batteries with a rotary style selector switch. These are recharged via the engine alternator. Rigging Masthead sloop rigged yacht with keel stepped mast and stainless steel wire rigging. The rigging was replaced in the early 2000's. Terylene/dyneema running rigging in a variety of sizes and conditions. Mainsheet track mounted between the aft and forward birdpits. Genoa tracks mounted port and starboard with double cars. Spinnaker tracks mounted outboard port and starboard at toe rail. Total of 8, sheet and halyard winches all within easy reach of the crew. Sail wardrobe includes: Main No 1, 2 & 3 Jibs Reacher Storm Sail Trysail 2x Spinnakers including poles Equipment There is lots of equipment with this boat. Some of it is too numerous to mention. As a minimum though, included in the sale are: 2 off Plastimo bulkhead mounted compasses Stowe echosounder Stowe Navigator speed/log Stowe wind speed Standard Horizon chartplotter/GPS Standard Horizon Eclipse DSC VHF Anchor with chain and warp manual bilge pump Navigation lights.
