have this Pearson 323 for sale. I had a survey done, then got to work on recoring the main deck with West epoxy and balsa. Still need work on the bow and also the coach house roof ( around the mast). Have mast (it is at Toledo Beach Marina), boom and rigging...all useable, do not have sails, but have Harken furler for headsail. Has the 2 cylinder Volvo diesel with V drive, all deck hardware. Have much hardware and parts to go with the boat. Cushions are original and in very good condition, with the exception of some staining.It appears that the bottom was stripped and redone at one point as there are no blisters.I used Blue Lagoon boat haulers with a hydraulic trailer to move the boat into my shop from Toledo Beach.The Pearson is located in Adrian, Mi.Contact with questions.
