Spacious center birdpit comparable to much larger boats Similar layout to the popular Westsail 42 Sturdy, solid construction with no soft spots or weak points Bottom sodablasted to the gelcoat, ready for touchup and paint Brand new Perkins 4108 engine and transmission with only 30 hp. professionally installed by a boatyard. One of the last new ones out there. Purchased 15 years ago and never used. Huge freshly soundproofed engine room New chainplates, rigging in good condition New Edson pedestal, one lever engine control, and cables installed 14 brand new portlights from New Found Metals 7 refurbished hatches, cleaned and powder coated white New Harken traveler and headsail tracks Xantrex 40a battery charger Updated Paneltronics AC panel & functional DC panel New light wiring throughout the boat. Laminated and epoxy sealed waterproof headliners Genoa, main, and spinnaker sails in good condition Cleaned and food grade epoxy resealed water tanks (2 x 50gal) Steam washed 50gal stainless steel fuel tank Additional 50gal fiberglass tank for water or fuel Rebuilt 12v windlass (not installed) The previous owner painted the deck, but it is peeling off. The interior needs work. Most of the woodwork is in good condition but in need of paint. All the trim removed is onboard and labeled. There is a rotten spot on the floor at the passage to the back stateroom. Other than that, the floors are 1 1/4 inches thick and solid. It needs cushions, a bimini and main cover, and a stove.
