Boat must be moved out of Marina upon purchase.On Jun-07-23 at 09:24:51 PDT, seller added the following information:1984 Hunter 40Legend Fact Sheet ENGINE: 44 HPYanmar Engine. Last Started over a yearago. No known hours on the engine. BATTERY: Batteryis dead and has been for over a year. Noknow condition of electrical systems. No 12 volts or 110 volts has been applied or used on the vessel in over ayear. DECK CONDITION: Walking around the deck does not show any soft spots. This is a general condition And not beeninspected inch by inch. No verificationof the lack of soft spots. SAILS: Haven’tbeen unfurled or inspected in over a year. Condition unknown. Has not beensailed in Over ayear. BILGE: Dry, eventhough there has been no power for bilge pumps the bilge remains dry for over a Yearin abandonment. HAUL OUT: Lasthaul out for hull inspection unknown. Ithas been over one year at least. LOCATION: Portofino Harbour Marina, Kemah Texas GENERAL INFORMATION: Vessel can be inspected where she is birthed with prior approval throughthe Portofino Harbour Marina office.
