Compass light is out.Tachometer has not worked since I bought the boat 12 years ago.I keep the holding tanks pumped out often so as not to have any smell.Engine blows white smoke.Engine oil and transmission oil changed on 12/15/22Boat is in the water at a marinaVessel is documented (there is no title), waiting on a current certificate from the NVDCAmidship head faucet needs attention (low pressure)Forward head faucet drain is not connected to a seacock, the seacock handle is broken but does not leak
