1986 American Skier for sale. I have used this watercraft regularly and she is in the water working on Owasco Lake. At 18 feet she is a pure, classic ski watercraft. Hull in excellent condition with new rudder. Seats and furniture are intact however getting a little rough. There is a back seat cushion not revealed in pictures. Motor is 350 Chevy Indmar with Holley carbohydrate. New water pump and fuel pump and carbohydrate reconstruct last summer season. There are some good add-ons consisting of good aftermarket stainless manifolds which offer a real nice noise, electronic ignition and a raw water strainer. Motor has 1100 hours and the oil is clean and she does not burn or lose oil. Likewise this watercraft has a "Perfect Pass" speed control (like a cruise control) where the wanted ski speed can be set and it'll hold that speed, even compensating for the skier's or boarder's weight. I am an excellent slalom skier and found it terrific for others to drive for me, and it was also extremely valuable teaching little kids to ski as you don't have to fret about overpulling them.
