Had this project for several years. Time to proceed. The Mercury inboard 180HP is reconstructed and the outdrive has new seals. Replaced to front seats with brand-new folding seats and mounts, new carpet, new alternator, and so on. Just needs surface interior work and work on the steering which is stuck from setting for several years. Trailer is in fancy shape. Have enough carpeting to finish interior and trailer rails.
