1986 Hallberg Rassy 312 - a beautifully kept example of these well formed cruising yachts. 'Louise' offers five berths in the forepeak, saloon and quarter berth. She was reengined in 2012 and the current Volvo Penta is in good order. Her inventory includes Raymarine and Garmin electronics, full sail wardrobe, dinghy and all the necessary equipment for sailing adventures. Accommodation The yacht is finished in the classic Hallberg-Rassy way Satin finished Mahogany throughout with light blue, corded velour upholstery, Grey carpets throughout except in galley area. The solid laminate hull is lined throughout with varnished mahogany slats leaving an air gap between the accommodation and the inside of the hull. All bunk boards are drilled for ventilation and left unvarnished. Fixed ventilation is provided by a stainless steel Roca vent in the foredeck, two dorade boxes and vents in the coach roof and louvered panel in the washboards. There is plenty of light below decks through two large opening deck hatches and six fixed portlights in the topsides. Enter the accommodation at the companionway from the forward part of the birdpit over the engine box. To starboard is a generously proportioned quarter berth the head of which doubles as seat for the chart table. Chart stowage beneath chart table and drawers beneath. Space to mount instruments and electrical distribution panel. Galley to port of companionway with deep, double stainless steel sink, hot and cold single lever mixer tap and cold water foot pump. Gimballed Optimus two burner gas cooker with oven. top loading fridge with evaporator plate. White laminate work surfaces, ample ready to use stowage and stowage for crockery and drawer for cutlery. Saloon comprises L shaped settee/berth to port and straight settee/berth to starboard either side of a large folding leaf saloon table incorporating bottle stowage in the fixed part.
