She needs nothing and will be delivered in the water for new ownerssails and rigging Mack pact tides sail track system sails cleaned and inspected rigging inspected and repaired where needed dodger and bimini with connector main and jib jib with roller furling Notable Maintenance Work & Upgrades2017 work: -Chainplates removed and replaced with new custom stainless external ones -All navigational/anchor lights converted to LED -Mack Pack (Installed by Mack Sails, Stuart FL) -Tides sail track system (installed by Mack Sails, Stuart FL) -Brightwork stripped and kept natural (cleaned seasonally with vinegar and water) -Acid wash, compound, and wax topsides -remove and rebuild the rudder with new Rudder Post and Cutlass Bearing -new batteries 3 (group 24) -replaced all Lifelines upper and lower -prep and paint new boot stripe - new shaft seal and New direct drive shaft -Replace birdpit drain hoses -reconfigure pitch on Max-Prop -Prep and antifoul bottom / new paint -added new Raymarine depth sounder - sails cleaned and inspected in Ft.
