Condition This President 37 is nicely equipped and will need some repairs. The engines and generator have been reliable, the owner confirms. The Simrad unit and VHF are working well. The other electronics are older and will need to be removed or replaced. The bottom was last cleaned in December of 2023 and the ablative bottom paint was doing its job. One soft area was noted on the starboard side of the aft deck. Remnants of water seepage were evident on the aft cabin starboard side walls and on the dinette wall. The walls in these areas are damp after recent rains. The forward bilge pump was not functioning. Deferred maintenance items are evident in the photos (e.g., handrails, fittings, lifelines, gel coat, seating). Don't let this one get away!
