1990 Caravelle Interceptor 2300 open bow, inboard/outboard, 5.8 L OMC Cobra motor, it's time to let this job go to someone who has the time and stamina to complete it. When we understood it had a decayed transom and turned out that motor mounts and stringers needed to be replaced too, the boat was gutted down to the hull. The transom and stringers were changed with a PVC product that will certainly never rot and the motor mounts were rebuilded with SeaCast (a resin type material).
