Beautifully appointed Hallberg-Rassy 312 'Scandinavian' which has only had 2 careful owners since new. Very well maintained and equipped example with new bow thruster, electronics package, standing rigging, cabin heating system and canvas work. Complete with teak decks and aft birdpit enclosure. Below decks is beautifully clean and provides berths for 5-persons in comfort. Engine & Electrics Vessel is powered by a powerful yet economical Volvo Penta MD2003 inboard diesel engine. This 28hp workhorse has been well maintained with most recent service in June 2023. Single lever engine control with forward and reverse gearing. Volvo SD propulsion with 3 bladed ‘Kiwi’ propeller. Sail drive seal replaced in 2020. Bank of 4x12V batteries providing engine start, domestic and bow thruster power. Engine and leisure batteries replaced in 2020. Bow thruster installed in 2022. Batteries recharged via engine alternator or battery charger when hooked to shore power. Kiwi Prop New saildrive seal 2020 Bow thruster - 2022 Sails & Rigging Bermudan sloop sail plan with masthead rig. Aluminium deck stepped Selden spars with stainless steel standing rigging replaced in 2022. All running rigging has been replaced on an ongoing basis and is in good condition. Selden roller furling system installed in 2022. All lines led aft to helm via turning blocks and deck organisers. Lewmar2-speed self tailing genoa sheet winches. Lewmar single speed halyard winches. Sails include a fully battened mainsail new in 2022, New 150% genoa and a cruising chute. Brand new stack pack with matching sail boot and sprayhood.
