Condition This 1999 Precision 28 appears to be in good condition. The seller has maintained her. The engine runs well and was recently serviced. The cabin is clean. The sails and rigging are of unknown age but in serviceable condition. The bottom is cleaned monthly. The portside and starboard rub rails have some damage midship from rubbing on pilings it does not leak only needs new rub rail, the seller started the repair but needs to be finished.
