The bimini top is recently added and in great condition along with the recently reupholstered seat cushions in the birdpit area. The interior cabin has recently been updated so you can get on the water and get you and your family into boating at the lake without breaking the bank. The walk-through windshield provides easy access to the bow of the boat. The large princess sun pads make this a great area for catching rays when not underway. The bow of the boat has a stainless steel bow rail, anchor rode and locker plus a working spotlight that can be controlled from the helm. Down below, the cabin has all new flooring and is roomy, the large seating area in the V-berth has a round table perfect for family fun for a game of cards or eating lunch on the water. The galley is fully equipped with a medium sized refrigerator, a single burner stove, microwave and sink. The stereo and CD player are just above the galley area and the AC & DC control panel is wall mounted as you head into the Aft Cabin area. The head is across from the galley and has a functioning toilet and shower/sink with mirror plus cabinet space for personal items. The plank flooring adds to the updated feel of the cabin. The aft stateroom still has some work to be done on it. The engine compartment is easily accessible under the aft deck area of the birdpit.
