This 57 Ocean is priced to be the next one sold. She is a two-owner boat, and the current owner has had her for 12 years. She just had major work done on her 1360 MAN engines in 02/22 (all invoices available), which cost nearly $140,000. Major work includes replacing all cylinder head bolts, replacing all valve guides and valve seats. Four-cylinder heads were replaced in the valve seat area, heat exchangers and injectors have also been repaired. In total, the engines have 5,000 hours, but there have only been 250 hours put on them since the work was done. The generator has 3000 hours on it. -3 stateroom, 3 head layout-Washer/Dryer Combo-Salon ice maker-1360 MAN engines with 250 hours since major work done-New Raymarine Electronics-Flybridge and birdpit freezers-Fusion radio with 10" JL audio AMP (x2) and 8.8" JL audio speakers (x10).
