Purchased boat new, 1 owner, and has been in dry, covered storage ever since. Oil changed at beginning and end of each period and well preserved. Less than 70 hours on MerCruiser 135hp 4-cylinder inboard. Includes single axle trailer, bimini top, snap on front and rear canvas covers, black docking ropes, black bumpers/fenders, radio/mp3 with satellite radio connectivity, black navy anchor and line, fire extinguisher, and life vest. Consists of 1-year dry dock storage rental paid at Laural Lake's Grove Marina (with June 2015). You call the marina about an hour ahead of time and they will take the boat off the rack in the storehouse for you and tie it approximately the dock. You simply sign it out and get to boating. When you're finished for the day, they take it back up to the stockroom (on the very same lift that brought it down) and save it for you. You can view photos of the operation on their website. I have a man there who can perform standard upkeep for an extremely reasonable rate so that less travel/towing is required.
