Interior designer services are available through the builder to assist the client in all aspects of the décor specification, material purchase, tracking, design, sketches, and overall coordination of interior design. During construction of the interior components and the final close out of the interior, strict attention shall be paid to ensure that access is provided for the servicing of plumbing, junction boxes and other equipment located behind cabinetry. Modular cabinetry seams shall be hidden in express joints, and all fastenings shall be properly aligned.
