1981 Catalina Yachts 25' Swing Keel. -Includes more recent (less than 4 years of age) 9.9 Honda Long Shaft with VERY low hours.-Main & Jib both in wonderful condition (storage bags consisted of).-All Rigging is well preserved.-Jack Stands. -Updated cushions, interior(s); the interior is updated with navy blue cushions and is clean, comfortable for over night stays.-Newer (last 5 year) self consisted of air conditioning with thermostat.-Life Jackets, Lights, all devices to make cruising the Great Lakes safe and fun. The watercraft needs a great exterior cleaning and potentially a coat of bottom paint - vacated the area and have not had the opportunity to utilize like we used to or want to!
