This is an amazing bargain for someone. The boat was purchased new by me from Cape Coral Marina, Florida in 2002 for around $60,000. It has been looked after with extreme care by me and not driven by anyone else. I am a Master Mariner and Marine Surveyor. The boat has been regularly maintained by Cape Coral Marina where it has been dry stored for all its life. The engine has been completely overhauled in the last 3 months and anything that required replacing has been done. The boat has been recently sea trialed by CC marina and is all ready for sale. I am selling only because I have sold my property in Florida.
