Description:

This is a custom built Chsapeake bay deadrise boat built by Evans Boat works in Crisfield MD. The motor is a Volvo TAMD41P-A Diesel engine with approxumately 430 original hours on it. The boat has dual steering control stations, hydraulic steering, VHF radio, Windlass, and a humingbird 959 Fish Finder/GPS. I am the second owner of this boat and I have had it for almost 4 years. I was told the original owner (an older retired Doctor) kept it on a lift in the summer and in a barn in the winter. I have kept it on a lift the entire time I have owned the boat. The boat has always been a pleasure boat. The boat runs great, I beieve it runs about 19 knots full throttle (which I never run full throttle) and about 16/17 knots cruise. Overall the boat is in great shape but it does need a little work as most boats do. The things I know are wrong with it are it has 3 small soft spots (you can hear hollow sound if you knock on it), One on the starboard washboard, one on the port washboard, and one on the main deck just in front of a access hatch. I attached pictures showing the areas I am talking about. The soft spots need to be fixed but the boat is fine to use as is right now. The toe kick moulding (1 inch tall plastic moulding on the washboard) should probably be replaced. A few spots along the toe kick has cracked just from old age, I also attached picture of one of the cracks. The raw water pump is going to need to be rebuilt or a new seal put in it, it leaks water out of the shaft. The end on the VHF radio antenna that screws into the radio need to be replaced. The fish finder transducer needs to be installed. I am not a boat surveyor, I tried to list everything that I know thats wrong to the best of my knowledge, the boat is being sold "AS IS" with no warranty. I am only selling the boat because I just dont use it enough anymore and I am going to downsize. The boat does not come with a trailer. The buyer is responsible for picking the boat up.
