Has bathroom and kitchenette. Needs plumbing work but easy DIY if you know how to install PEX. I went through all the electrical and removed 40 years of cobble jobs. Roof mounted HVAC works great. Volvo Penta Outdrive mounted to a 1973 Chrysler 340!! Numbers match on motor.
