A nice solid 34 foot Ericson sail boat right in the heart of marina del rey. Perfect for taking out sailing for the day dolphin views or take for a week and stay at Catalina Island. Has 3 sleeping areas. Flushing toilet on board. Both a fridge and built in ice chest. Inside has beautiful teak wood through the interior. Very comfortable for fun or use to live aboard or just weekend getaways.Has 2 engines. One inboard/outboard and a backup outboard. The inboard/ outboard needs a little work. Fluids changed and a good cleaning. It hasn't been started in a year. I would plan on spending 500.00 to get it to full reliable state. The outboard was just used last month, when we took it out. It's been very reliable. Boat is in good condition. Will need new batteries soon (2) and really you should be good to go. It was surveyed a year and half ago. Everything checked out. It can stay at the current marina, it's up to new owner to apply.
