This is a 1976(I think) Johnson outboard. It is a 2cyl 2 stroke outboard. It runs excellent and fires right up. It is build with no neutral or reverse but the motor does rotate 360 degrees. The throttle lever is on the side of the housing where the shift lever would normally be. The old clamps were stripped, broken, and corroded so I drilled them out. I was planing on bolting it to my kicker bracket however I decided to put a different motor on that watercraft. You could most likely retread the holes to put clamps back on or just bolt it onto your watercraft. The motor is not in excellent condition by any means but it does run effectively.I am asking $250.00 OBO or possible trade for gold prospecting devices, fishing gear, down rigger, fish finder, or almost anything else so let me understand exactly what you have.
