I have for sale a 47' Boatel Houseboat with fiberglass hull that sank at Smith Hill Lake in August of 2010. When it sunk it was dropped anchor at Mitchell's Point Sailor and my electrical bilge pump obtained unplugged and a major storm came (well you can identify the remainder) I need to remove it as I'm paying a regular monthly storage charge of 50 bucks to sit on at Lakeside Harbour, 629 Shore Road Penhook, VA 24137 on Smith Hill Lake. I gutted the inside as I had all purposes to repair it back up however just live to much from watercraft to work with it frequently. It has two 350 engines (that do not run) still in the boat. It does NOT have a trailer yet if you wish to place it back in water at Smith Hill Lake then the owner at Lakeside Mariner that is Dickie Dill could do that for you for a fee and NO I do not recognize the cost. If you want to deal with it where it sits then you simply pay the storage cost and deal with. Kindly don't hesitate to pass Lakeside Seafarer to take a look at the watercraft. Ask them where the watercraft is sitting as I have not seen the watercraft in a year and a fifty percent. I live regarding 1 hr and 15 minutes away so I'm not intending on conference any individual at the boat unless they are seriously interested after looking at it. I have title.
