The boat wasrepowered a few years ago with a yanmar 20hp diesel with very low hours. Thecutlass bearing and shaft were recently replaced. The boat was Awl gripped a fewyears ago. The engine is a yanmar 3GMF with only 884 hours and always starts onthe first try and can run for hours on end with no issues at all. Also includedare the three new batteries. The boat is equipped with Lewmar self tailingwinches. The boat also has a working alcohol heater. The boat sleeps fivecomfortably and has a fully functional head. I also recently replaced thedomestic water pump for the sinks which now have insane water pressure. Theinterior is in beautiful condition as you can see from the photos. The exteriorteak has been completely stripped down and new owner has the option to eithervarnish or simply oil the teak. Decks are wide and solid. The main sail and jibare both crispy and in excellent shape. The jib has a roller furling. The boatalso comes with a fully functional and working autopilot. The boat is currentlyon the hards and the spring launch has already been paid for. I have purchaseda larger boat for my growing family and therefore need this boat sold asap.
