She is a dry, stable and capable classic, in sail away condition. Having just finished her final coastal cruise , she has previously safely taken me from the Bahamas, Coastal florida, and east coast. Ready to pass her along to the next generation ready to explore. Keel is not the retractable one keel is fixed. Keel stepped mast she is a capable Bluewater sailboat this has been proven. Bottom paint with expensive $$$ interlux paint 3 coats and fully sanded down. All seabirds and any leaks were handled at that time. Painted jan2021 Scraped and cleaned hulk every 4-5weeks.
