The autohelm, headsail furler, lazy jacks, and well-positioned self-tailing winches enable single-handed sailing. The huge cabin hatch and wide open cabin space make moving about the Catalina very easy. Two large settees are nicely spaced for the crew to socialize, dine or rest, and give occupants the feel of a much larger yacht.
