The 64ft sailing boat Freja was the eighth cutter built by Luke. She was designed from the beginning as a private sailing yacht, not for charter, and has been meticulously maintained by her diligent owners ever since. Each winter, the boat is stripped down and fully covered. Every spring, she is painted, varnished and cleaned, machinery and rigging serviced, and the boat generally kept up to an exacting standard. She has proved to be an easily handled boat and is particularly fast in light airs. The owners have pushed the boat and know her ways extremely well. She is a joy to sail, easily handles heavy weather and has been a very safe and comfortable cruising boat. A beautiful-looking yacht in superb condition, ready for a new chapter.
