Its a 1979 Evinrude boat motor, it's a 70. It has been winterized since 2010 and was fully rebuilt in 2008. It was completly looked through and they replaced the gaskets, bearing, and pistons. I have kept the motor, throttle and steering wheel completly in tacked so it can easily be mounted to a flat-bottom. Text works best my number is 563-579-XXXX
