Actually strong galvanized trailer - no rust at all on the frame. It is a tilt trailer, excellent wheels and tires, lights work. All in all truly good. No registration. 2" round, come tow it away.I checked the dimension from the V where the bow sits to the back edge of the trailer and right now it sits at 16'. It looks like you might quickly move the winch to accommodate a 15' watercraft to about 18-1/2', possibly 19. Hope that assists.
