A very nice 24-foot trailerablesailboat with retractable keel. Largeenough to handle Lake Michigan but with a draft of less than two feet it’s smallenough to be launched from just about any boat launch on inland lakes. Comes with tandem axle trailer and can bestored in the backyard rather than the Marina. The cockpit seats 8. The galleyhas a dinette that seats 4, and a bench that seats 2 more. All new upholstery in 2021. It has a kitchenette with a sink and 5-gallonfreshwater tank, an ice box, a microwave, and the unit slides back under thecockpit when not in use for additional seating in the galley. The boat has 30-amp (110 volt) shore powerwith outside plug-in. The galley has apop-top that lowers for travel but raises to provide 6’-2” headroom and lots ofventilation when docking. The forward cabinhas a porta-potty and an 8 ft V-berth that contracts to 6 ft for travel. Comes with a mainsail, a jib sail, and a 4-HPMercury Marine Force outboard motor for access in and out of the channel. Weighs only 2,400 pounds and can easily bepulled with a pickup or SUV. The trailerhas a new winch and jack, all new wiring, and four new tires in 2021. It sails really well and is a really fun andinexpensive way to enjoy the water.
